Cogent is delighted to announce the appointment of Will Astley as our new Grazing Product Manager, marking an exciting development in our commitment to grazing genetics.

Will brings a unique blend of experience to the role, having spent five years as a Friesian Specialist and Grazing & Coloured Breed Product Manager within our genetics team before broadening his expertise with a year in sales as Area Sales Manager for the Central area. During his initial tenure, Will played a pivotal role in identifying and developing our grazing programme's potential, establishing himself as a key figure in this specialist area.

In his new position, Will takes charge of our complete grazing genetics portfolio, working across our full range of LIC and Irish products. He will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued suppliers and act as the essential link between our sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless support for all pasture-related products.
